Day 17

Just completed four gruelling days of Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award. It
has been a long four days ( had two days beforehand to acclimatise)
Climbed 4600M in total. Spent day relaxing at hot springs at the
bottom of volcano Lares. Later today we travelled to Ollantaytambo
unexpected change to itinerary due to transport strike tomorrow. The
squad have enjoyed first meal cooked for them in six days and are now
tucked up in a hotel bedroom having a well deserved sleep. Goodnight
for now xx
